Although my heart is in textiles, I love spending a bit of my time painting again. The flower paintings are closely related  to my textile designs. They are inspired by my huge collection of exciting printed flower fabrics, all hand-picked in the Netherlands, and the surrounded gardens and nature in the South Downs where we live. By mixing them all up there are plenty ideas for lots of paintings!
